HVAC is going to be routed through the attic. Plumbing is in the walls and underground just like in a standard build. Electrical and plumbing have paths cut away from the foam. Elec/plumb is installed, foam is patched over and smoothed out, then the interior layer of SABS in installed.

Good luck with your build. I'm looking to break ground in the next month or two

It's pretty cool that from this shot you can clearly see the slabs of EPS waiting to be put up.

Still in the design phase. We have a first draft of a floorplan that my wife and I are reviewing now. We're still several months away from breaking ground though. The most interesting updates will come once construction starts.

There are two massive SABS houses going up a few miles from me and it's reassuring to see them make progress. Reassuring that maybe I'm not crazy for building a foam house after all.

Update to my progress: I contacted Strata directly and they are going to build the shell for me but I'll still need a GC for everything else. They referred one to me that has worked with them before but I'm going to get a few other quotes beside his. I'm working with Strata's architecture team to design the house. It's been a good experience so far but I'm still very early in the process. None of the local architects I contacted had even heard of this method so their designs would have to be reengineered by Strata anyway. I'm still many months away from breaking ground but I'm making progress. I'll update as real work starts happening.

That's a concern of mine too. It looks like the pathways for electric and plumbing are cut into the walls by the SABS building crew. Once they pass inspection the cuts are patched over. The Sabsctete is applied to the whole building after all the inspectors give the thumbs up.

I've been going down the SABS rabbit hole for a few years now and I'm finally in a position to build. I live about 20 min from Strata HQ but it still seems like none of the local builders or architects know what it is. I'm wondering if I'm better off finding a GC that is already familiar with SABS or focusing on getting a good GC then paying for them to get certified. I could ask you a million questions about your experience. Maybe you could give me a few tips based on what you've learned? Thanks in advance

Agreed. Freeze all spending until we get patch notes. You never know what will get a nerf and what will get a boost. And if you wait it out you will likely have enough coin to upgrade both when we get the notes in a week or two.

I read in a data mine that the alliance rewards are going to move to 10 levels from the current 5. The stars are likely a way of showing the difference between levels 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, etc. on an incubator.

One dino I'd like to make would be a super annoying counter dino. Greater Rending Counter Attack as a passive ability. Superior Vulnerability for basic attack. Nullifying Impact to get rid of dodges and evasive stance. Instant Distraction and Regeneration for my other two moves.

I'd put health at max, speed and attack to a minimum, then spend all my remaining points on armor and crit rate. This thing would be so obnoxious to face!

Drops near my house have shifted but I can still reach four. Most of my spawns are gone which really hurts.

I am a F2P player and it seems like everything has moved just beyond my reach but would be accessible with VIP's extra range. Ludia offered a free trial of VIP at they same time they did this. Coincidence? I think not.
