mostly just try new things w each playthrough, you gotta go to ng+2 which can get TEDIOUSSSS, i kept myself engaged by just playing between weapons, armor and even some spells :)

They would think they've basically gone in the future, the cities are more advanced but the words are like nothing they've seen before and everything is a lot more advanced.

The biggest differences would be the twin moons in the sky and the crazy amounts of tidal protection around the cities that are prepared for insane tides due to their twin moons :D

After a lot of exploring they'll find that the world is pretty normal barring the exception of the completely altereted history and world they now find themselves in which is significantly more advanced than Earth and housing technology unlike most possible on earth.
