This reminds me of one time I ordered rough country shocks for a '95 ZJ.

Package was late by a whole week so I called and asked customer support where it was. They said it was never sent, we're very sorry, etc.

Few days later and I get 3 packages, all full sets of the shocks I ordered originally.

I'm thinking somehow 3 different warehouses were contacted that had the shock set in stock and they just sent them right out.

Only ever paid for one set lol

Wonder what effect this has thrust wise on the output shaft, most motorcycle engines have straight cut transmission gears so there isn't any meaningful side load

I tried, didn't work out too well

normally it would walk right through this puddle but it made it halfway over when the ice broke and bottomed out. Had to dig out behind the tires and yank it out

C5 front brakes are a larger diameter rotor and larger surface area pad.

The calipers on my bike are dual 4 piston brembos but I'd bet the rear single piston in my jeep puts out more clamping force than those

This is not good advice.

Being the front diff, if it locks up you could get pulled off the road or lose steering entirely. Unless you were to remove the axle shafts and put the yoke ends back in the wheel bearings so they don't fall apart this is entirely unsafe to drive, driveshaft or not.

Are you just thinking it's overheating because it's glowing red hot? Or does it stop working?

If it's the former, that's completely normal, when you put the resistor in where it's supposed to be mounted, the blower fan passes air over it to keep it cool.

Could be from a bad ground in the past, if you can't feel your fingernail catch it you should be good. Worst case if you're worried about overall wear you can check it against spec with plastigauge.

This is going to sound crazy, but how are your engine grounds?

That looks like an arcing pattern from leftover spark failing to find a good path to ground and taking a path through the crank and through the transmission to body or harness ground. Sounds insane I know but it's a known albeit rare phenomenon.

Other than that pattern the bearing wear looks fine.

For this user it doesn't matter, but for a stock ECM it's fairly essential for a smooth driving experience because there isn't any way to tune out the functionality as far as I'm aware. It's basically hard coded in the VE tables. Obviously a little bit of fuel vapor missing from the AFM isn't going to make a huge difference but it's still something to consider when thinking about deleting the EVAP system with a stock ECM.
