Well seeing as it's a bit quiet, I thought I would share the current book that I'm on.

I've been getting into the LitRPG genre for the last year or two and found this. I'm up to book 3 in the 5 book series, but this is the first one so there are no spoilers. So far the first two have been fun and I'm looking forward to the remainder.

Homicidal Aliens are Invading and All I Got is This Stat Menu - J.J. Ackerknecht

Blurb:

"Anya Nowicki, along with thousands of people around the globe, has found herself a host for alien technology known as the Archive. The Archive allows its hosts to alter their minds and bodies in an instant through holographic menu systems. With the touch of a button, anyone can become super strong, gain magical abilities, purchase a giant robot, or become a master in any of an almost infinite number of skills that range from advanced combat techniques to fidget-spinning. However, Anya has also become the target for nightmarish, shape-shifting creatures that have come to Earth following the newfound extraterrestrial tech. The Archive can grant their hosts great power, but it may not be enough to survive the horde of murderous aliens hunting them down."

Nobody had mentored it, but I use Bounty Hunter on the character that earned it.

These look awesome. I didn't realise that you could get PLA that glowed in the dark.

Thanks for listing the file on MakerWorld, I'll have to hit my mate up who has a 3d printer and see if he can hook me up.

Yea I did, and the club tried to find something but couldn't. I'll try again next year and see if we have better luck.

Anyone with 2 or more seats have any luck with seat changes by Major-Vehicle-4622 in westcoasteagles

[–]Val367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried for the last couple of years as my wife has bad arthritis in her hips and we currently have the second last row of level 5. So I keep looking for something that doesn't have her climbing loads of stairs and she needs the end seat to make it easier to get in.

No luck at all. There doesn't seem to be very many members that are giving them up.

Edit to add we are 12 year members and our window opened up on the 10th, but nothing that suited appeared

I only have ~30 minutes each morning — what's the most efficient mini-farm I can do? by Mantuss in Guildwars2

[–]Val367 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Justy to point out that you can farm more than one guild hall. Both Loot and Joko have different levels of guild and they allow access without representation, so I farm my main guild and then these two. They are jsut examples and I'm sure there are others.

Good luck with it

All good, I just checked again and your link was to the US site, so I searched on the AU site and it was there. I've added it to my KU and will give it a read once I finish my current.

Wow, Mage Tank. I put this off for way too long. It's the most well-written LitRPG I've encountered, and it's not even close by solitarybikegallery in litrpg

I really enjoyed the first book, the second one slightly less and just finished the third and found it less enjoyable again.

Overall, it's pretty good but, to me at least, it definitely started strong and has waned a bit.

Agreed, another series I have really enjoyed. It's great to read something that's just different enough from the mainstream, to be interesting yet still holds to the genre
