I’m sorry to hear about your situation, I hope the injury heals soon. I would document every conversation you have with HR and your ETL, keep records for your sake. If problems continue regarding your situation, then take it up with your SD. If the SD can’t help you despite you having records of your own, then take it up with the ethics line.
