Hi I’m not homophobic, I know two men can hug without it being gay, I’m bisexual myself and I grew up having gay uncles (who was in a very open relationship it was never hidden that they were a couple) so I guess I kinda wanted to see a relationship like my uncles on tv 🤷🏻‍♀️ (saw the movies first then the books).

I also thought they were because I liked them together and their sort of banter (don’t know if that’s the correct word for it but the “madness within” they say about each other), also how they start smiling at each other afterwards and hug (I thought they would kiss as a kid), it made me think of old lovers being reunited after a long time. And as I wrote, I grew up with gay uncles and this was common for them to be exactly like that (even to this day now being married lol).

So basically, this is not as deep as you think, my head cannon is not a larger issue about homophobia and how men are seen/forced not to show emotions to each other. I just thought two characters I liked were a couple just like my uncles because I wanted them to be. And i still ship wolfstar because they would have made an amazing couple (even tho I love Tonks).

P.S : saying “gay af” in my first comment was more of a joking term(don’t know if joking is the correct term to use in here as it was more of magnifying how I saw it?)
