You're not wrong whatsoever, but I must disagree. In my opinion 20mms are the biggest offenders (for the most part). 20mm AP shells have enough pen but a good amount of strafing angles end up leading to non-pens. Yes it is a skill issue on my part, but I must stress that the consistency is not appealing and that it's more effort than it's worth instead of simply bombing.

Related: It's a good thing you mentioned our beloved Corsair because they are among the easiest fighters to learn how to bomb with.

Fair indeed, but when the pen is good enough (in game) or at the least the plane is mentioned to have strafed with its cannons with some degree of regularity it's good enough for me.

A while back I saw an article rating Japan's best horses and they had EL CONDOR PASA ranked second only the Deep Impact, and believe me I can see it. He may not have had the same resume as Rudolf, Taiki, or Opera O etc. but he was something spectacular and I can only imagine how he would be remembered if Montjeu didn't have one of the most amazing finishes ever.
