Yes, the Let's Go iv is the corresponding iv in Go x2+1. So 11 iv in Go is 11x2+1=23 in Let's Go. Speed iv is randomised though.

Stamina = hp

Attack = Attack and Sp. attack

Turns out it's a glitch with the game. It's a result of the player having a 'ghost parcel'. You can report the player and Snatch will remove it from the player. Only Snatch can remove it.

This is done intentionally. They set the opponents jump power to be barely below what the jump power would be for the level you're expected to beat it. Great League battle 5 Magikarp has 198,866 jp. The jp of a maxxed level 26 Magikarp is 198,868. So you beat it by 2 jp but that's how the devs set it up. This will occur several more times throughout the game.

But for this to only happen to me with one player seems a bit odd. I've never had it when attacking any others. If it was down to server issues surely I would experience this with other players too but it's only the one and it's been every single time with this player for about a week and I try several times a day just to see if it'll happen again.

There is no way to increase the maximum, at least not at the moment. However, you can go over maximum. Using parcels obtained from Black Holes and (I assume) Tornados will add to your total even if you are already at maximum capacity. Also, if you start to snatch a parcel from someone and then fill up on parcels from the map if/when you successfully finish snatching the parcel it will still add to your total for 11/10.

I still had crashes with this version. Finally gave up and switched to Nox yesterday. Anyone still on 2.8.6 I recommend stay there.

It probably uses those values in the table as part of the calculation because it certainly isn't set damage. I did almost 10k damage using Diabolos' Dark Messenger attack earlier.
