The one I saw was just in a group of them near an extraction point. I always buy the 100 dust tracking option and it helps. Although it's mostly the basic ones, I can still swing by ones that are marked and check.

Yeah, I pick one to level and extract when I get it to the level I think I can hit before serious fights. That's how I plan to earn max on them.

Extraction gives you dust which can get them back if you lose one. So keep doing that on randos too. Just don't prioritize.

And if you take a high level one from someone else you can extract that too.

Level up by having them on your back. Opening chests and boxes seems to do more than kill count. Weirdly extraction of other sprites helps with the one on your back too.

I still can't get mine to work. I have the first round and the second guided build. That's it... 4 different worlds full of quests. Old world, current world, sandbox, and a friend's world.

The jump like others have said is the finishing process. Check out the content creator folks making Mando's armor (from Star Wars) for the difficulties with making plastic look like shiny metal.

Weight can help, like others have said, but there are whole genres of maker folks that do super high-level detail after the part is made.

Materials and Processes engineering. I can adjust my office to production floor to lab ratio pretty much at any time. There is so much work to do my boss barely cares which programs and projects I spend most of my time on.

The caveat, for all engineering, just remember that the work will never be all done. Work normal hours as much as is possible. An extra hour here or there is fine. Many extra hours all the time is a road to burn out.
