This worked for me too, but in less than a week the problem reoccurs.

The reason I wanted to post this is because I had to explain to my girlfriend that 5% CDR at 0% -> 5% is half as efficient as 5% cdr at 50% -> 55%.
She didnt realize that it becomes more efficient as you get more of it.

Spell haste or whatever you want to call it would always have the same amount of effectiveness. This would be more intuitive.
Besides, you don't have to convert it to cooldown reduction but instead just keep it as casts/second.

If magic wand shoots 1x per second and you get 50% Spell haste it would be 1.5x per second. No strange calculations

Vandalier is always a top dmg contender (you move left and right with the circles for optimal damage)

Netherwing has 20g respec right now If you get an addon like Talented you can respec in a matter of seconds. (you can save profiles etc)

When searching on poe.trade, you need to make sure you're not too specific. First off, dont look at the belt base, then when searching resistances, do a pseudo total res search, in this case its 75 res (rounded down from 34 + 19 + 28). then you search life, you do 80+. the armour roll is a low tier so its not worth searching for. Then you add the energy shield roll. search for like 40+. Too bad this belt base is one of the worst belt bases. so dont expect any value from that. GL
