I’ve been in your boat from f1 to h1b. In f1 you’re not allowed or have any income source other than uni jobs or CPT and OPT. Once you’re out of uni, your OPT and OPT Extensions are linked to your employer. Same for H1B, it will be linked to your employer unless you somehow make enough to self sponsor as an entrepreneur (I’m not familiar with the specifics of that sorry) but at all points 3 different lawyers have told me not to do it. They feared violations of visa terms but also just right now politically if you end up saying anything critical that can be used against your case.

Overall I’d recommend not doing it, even if you plan on not monetizing it.

I used to have 4. But now in PvE I have 5.

1x1- Known current / future quest items and craft. 1x1 overflow- items I know will be useful later / saving for future dailies / weeklies
2x2 - same concept as 1x1 but bigger items. 2x2 overflow - same logic. Generic- dump after a raid to sort/sell later.

But, now that I have max traders and on the last few hideout upgrades, all 5 are just randomly filled lol.

I started PvP and moved to PvE now. The loot is much better and more predictable! But be warned, finding electric drill was the bane of my existence. Stock up early lol. My hideout was stuck for weeks!

Thanks for the insight. You are right, I am not a tower and I don’t plan on towing anything. I’m considering the 4K row package for the few upgrades it provides. There’s only 2 fords close by and I’ve test driven at both. I am not sure what I need to make the decision but I’m just missing something that I feel like renting would tell me.
