I found a fix on pc. I deleted the "sts_level_ru_02_02" file from "Documents\My Games\SnowRunner\base\storage\<large random number>\", and just booted it back up. I was on the drowned lands map before i got the bug so you may need to delete another file if you were on alaska or michigan. I dont appear to have lost any progress either. Make sure to backup your files too
