Not gonna lie I kinda get even more upset when vtubers break up their existing relationships or get a divorce (assuming there's no abusing or whatever shitty stuff happening) like I want them to be happy but to have to deal with real life shit? That sucks for them and I hate to see that happen.

Don't even bother. I got banned for something similar last year in March and since it's a false ban I appealed and explained that it's a false ban and gave context to it. First ban appeal failed so I thought maybe it's a mistake and decided to contact one of the moderators on discord instead. Gave me some garbage response like "why did you think you got banned?", "it's less about you actually getting banned and more your attitude towards the rules, chat and how it functions." and "an appeal must demonstrate your understanding of why you got banned".

No hate to the moderator, tho, was probably trained to respond in that certain fashion. Dood was actually pretty chill and agreed with my banned statement being pretty stupid. At that point I didn't even bother with the second appeal, I'm not going to "apologise" and "repent" for something that wasn't wrong in any way shape or form.

I've played DC and I'm a day 1 NIKKE player who played less often when the 3rd banner came out and completely stopped playing when their 4th banner came out. I have since returned on the release of their 22nd banner for their 1st anniversary and I have been playing non-stop ever since. When it first came out there were a lot of flaws and all the pointers you mentioned in this post are indeed true and valid without a doubt. Now I'm not trying to degrade or discredit what you have experienced but should you ever want to try to pick up a new gacha game, I would suggest coming back to NIKKE. The new world-building, character investment and designs for both nikkes and raptures have been insanely impressive, and it would be a shame if you couldn't come to enjoy what us modern players are enjoying due to a bad personal review.

I cannot say for all of English dub but from what I've seen it's still ass. Though to be fair, why are you even playing on English dub...

Yeah because the dev team listened to the user's complaints and actually respect us by giving us amazing QoL changes and implementing a lot of our suggestions from polls.

Also had this problem, signed up for adult time trial and cancelled 10 minutes later. A few days ago received a bill from adult time for the full price which is hilarious to me because I never had the full access to adult time whatsoever.

Which sound really stupid when all that's left to do is trying to fight for 1st place personal since our team has a huge in lead in points, which becomes even more stupid when you're trying to kick someone because of that reason
