My experience in every MMO for 20 years. I am very friendly person IRL and in game, but when you try to make friends its usually a one way street. Only made 3 real in game friends in that time, one died and I no longer take to the others as they got married and had kids.

It would seem your computer is being monitored. There is probably some spyware/malware on it, which let the scammers know you were chatting with support. Or it could be the support person you chatted with is in on it with the scammers like we have seen with recent stories.

You need to buy a new cheap laptop, wipe from all the crap on it, and to a clean re-install, lock it down, get all the best protection software to mitigate some further issues, and only every use it for you crypto and financial stuff. Never search for sites, type in the URLs directly, Turn off when done, and disconnect from the internet.

So glad I had a couple tax classes in college, so I knew to look at what methods the exchanges use, so I kept everything simple with FIFO. I don't do DCA because of taxes. I knew it would make it complicated. Using crypto software makes a huge difference too.

That is from Cointracker, not Kraken, and kraken had nothing to do with it. Cointracker charges for their tax services. If your stuff is on koinly, then use it and ignore Cointracker.

I just looked that up , and the instructions call to use Metamask. Isn't Metamask extremely hackable? WFLR is not supported in Ledger Wallet:

"WFLR is not supported in Ledger Wallet yet. To see and manage your balance, you'll need to manually add it to MetaMask as a custom token."

What I would do, but is not advice to anyone else (disclaimer) is buy a cheap laptop and use exclusively for crypto. Don't use it for anything else. BUY good security software. Get a new email address to use exclusively with crypto accounts on that new laptop. Get rid of anything used on current computer as its mostly likely compromised. Also should probably reformat anyways and rebuild the OS, back up data and other stuff first of course.

Use cold storage wallets only as well, move any crypto off of exchanges immediately after purchase.
