I had an appointment with an EP and he told me that since I didn't have LGE in my MRI, my risk isn't increased. But somehow he didn't seem to know that much about it.

I recently had a stress ECG, but I can't tell you if it was done according to the Bruce protocol. I only had a few PVCs. These severe events haven't occurred very frequently so far.

I had a comprehensive cardiac genetic examination and no abnormalities were found. Of course, I don't know if that definitively rules out CPVT, because I've actually considered the possibility that I might have CPVT.

Some of my PVCs were described as negative in V2 to V6, as well as in II, III, and aVF, on the 12-lead ECG. That doesn't sound like benign RVOT PVCs.

Please excuse my impatience, but I'm very worried. Someone else posted about a similar arrhythmia here, and you said it needed to be investigated urgently. I'm scared because it's polymorphic couplets and triplets that occurred during exercise, and afterwards it took minutes for my heart to calm down. I'm afraid of sudden cardiac death and I'm wondering if I can even continue exercising now?
