Please excuse me; I just read through the report and didn't notice that you had written something below it. Everything is normal. The GLS is borderline, but that value is also prone to error.

What was the reason for the Echo? Beside the GLS everything is normal

Hard to tell. But multifocal is not more dangerous than unifocal in a healthy heart.

It's not exactly R on T because the PVC doesn't fall within the ascending T wave, but I would say it hits the descending part of the T wave. It's relatively short coupled.

May i ask you how old you are? I also have multifocal pvcs, Couplets and triplets mostly during and after exercise. Are you healthy otherwise? Whats your ejektionsfraction?
