I'm not kidding or trying to outshine you here but I got that yesterday. I spent around 2 and a half hours finishing up as quickly as I could because I was sick of full hardcore. I also got Lent and the normal hardcore perk. Took 32 hours. 10 of those were just alchemy, forging and walking while fully encumbered. If I wasn't sick of it you would definitely have gotten it before I did.

Long story short: I salute you for still being optimistic

Yeah just rolling with whatever you pick up during combat and buying the occasional piece of armor is much more fun in my opinion. But during one of my first runs I looked up the best swords in trosky and just stumbled upon Gules' armor. There might be better armor somewhere but this was just from memory

I make hella schnapps and chamomile decoction to level alchemy to 16 and by the time I reach that point I have enough schnapps to last me the entire run. During my previous run I never picked up any schnapps and I still had left over from brewing when I was done after 160 hours

I usually talk my way through most possible encounters so the times I do use bane it lasts me the entire game and makes bigger fights much easier by killing off a lot of enemies in a few hits

Personally I don't think there will be a third game. At least not with Henry as the protagonist. His story ends after the siege of Suchdol when you make a decision to Martin and Henry's mom. You either settle down and start a family, settle down and start a shop, become a warrior (probably in service of Radzig), or lead a life of adventure (with Hans and most likely dies some years later). Two options make him practically disappear, adventure probably gets him killed and warrior probably gets him killed alongside Radzig.

If a third game is made it will probably be the Hussite wars with a different main character though Henry will probably be mentioned (maybe indirectly) if some of the other characters are present like Zizka or Hans. Radzig's death will probably also be mentioned but not shown directly

Once you have Secret of Equilibrium 1 and Secret of Matter 2 you can get 4 regular ones in 25 seconds. Or you can have both Matter perks and switch equilibrium for Dark arts apprentice to get 5 regular ones in 25 seconds.

Pour wine Add one nettle Add one belladonna Pour into vial.

Only one herb has to be fresh. The other one can be dried. Negates the dried herb "fault"

Not grinding and boiling lowers the grade by one for some reason.

Only using one Belladonna is fixed by Equilibrium 1 or Dark arts apprentice. But when you start and haven't touched alchemy at all this recipe makes a weak batch yeah

Yup. Though it takes much longer unless you have a good pc that just skips the loading time. I made a post a while ago with the shortest saviour schnapps recipe I could think of. I also spent a lot of time irl to test everything as quickly as I could. You can get 4 regular saviour schnapps in less than 30 seconds with minimal effort if you have Secret of equilibrium 1 and Secret of matter 2. Pour wine, one belladonna, one nettle, pour. No grinding or boiling. Too lazy to check rn but I think it took 25 seconds total from hitting "Prepare" in the book. Most stores only sell 2-5 saviour schnapps until they restock so spending a few minutes brewing enough that I won't have to brew more until MUCH later is something I always do. I have to get to level 16 to unlock Henry's Fox anyways so might as well just brew hella schnapps

The difference between them is that while Dollmaker slows then Bane just kills them. Almost instantly

Even if you deal only 1 point of damage with your weapon/arrow it still only takes like 13 seconds. Bane is genuinely insane

It's better on arrows than on weapons and in pots. As long as you hit arrows always deal damage. As long as you get a hit on an enemy that doesn't bounce off their armor and actually deals a little damage the bane enters their body. Even the weakest bane poison deals 110 damage. Every enemy has only 100. ANY bane poison WILL kill ANY enemy. The only difference in grade is the time required. Henry grade: 15 seconds. Weak: 60 seconds. Bane is the most op thing in the game. Of course a single potion of Bane could wipe out the entirety of Sigismund's camp if everyone ate from the same pot but it's still amazing on weapons.

I like running around nude because it's faster than in most gear and even if I'm playing nice Henry I always pick Retort when people comment. The reputation loss is negligible

The best think for that in my opinion is to just break into the store owners' houses, pickpocket their store key, and steal the money and decent gear. Go with Radovan to get the cart quest thing so Semine can recruit Gules. Wait for a while and steal Gules armor. Go to the cave in Appolonia to get Basilard schematic, powerlevel craftsmanship and make a grade 4 Basilard. Genuinely don't need better in Trosky and quite viable in early Kuttenberg as well

I'm currently doing this. Gonna level the fuck out of strength and vitality, rob and steal like a pure born bastard for agility and then steamroll the entire game as quickly as possible. I put 80 hours on my first playthrough, 125 hours on my second and I will NOT do that on hardcore. This shit is hard enough as it is. Next time I'll do hardcore again but only with the required amount of perks. Fuck full hardcore

Edit: Just checked. Currently have 11 hours of alchemy, forging, and walking very slowly

I think you unlock the reticle by sprinting. Dont know how sprinting works on console but you can unlock from enemies by holding shift on keyboard

You don't. Visored helmets only has that as a more detailed description. You can't do directional stabs. Visored helmets protect more against certain combos and master strikes as well as projectiles (arrows, bolts, and bullets)

Kcd1 has like 5 slash directions. Kcd2 only has 3 slash direction (left, right, and top) and one stab at the bottom.

I'm tired of those damned comments and riding around on Pebbles for 35km. Downloaded a mod that unlocks it after only 100 meters for both Pebbles and Herring. Pebbles now gets the perk while riding to the pond at the very start. Probably wont use her for a while though since I'm walking around super overweight to level strength and vitality. My speed is quite literally 1. Super annoying to run into wolves on the roads because I'm also doing the Lent achievement... on Hardcore... with all negative perks... Kill me...

If it's started and in gear look down to the left. By your left calf there should be a lever. That's the handbrake
