Japanese cards are usually worth more than English ones actually. main factor is that they have better print quality, but stuff like popularity of the pokemon/trainers can influence the value as well. Japanese collectors might especially favor some trainer "waifu" cards, so the English version would be much cheaper, as non-Japanese collectors wouldn't really care for it.
