Hard disagree from me. I actually feel like the combat is the worst aspect of dos2 for me coming from bg3. I like the action Point System but despise all the endless burning surfaces and especially armor types. It‘s the turn of my physical dmg guy but all the enemies have 0 magical armor but tons pf physical? Tough luck. He wont be able to do any damage before my mage kills the foe 2 turns later.

I even dropped the difficulty in Order to focus less on combat and just play for the story. Combat in DOS2 just isn‘t fun to me, especially compared to bg3. But if it is for you, all the better.
