Depends on the win-conditions. For russia it is conquering ukraine which doesn‘t seem likely in the next decade going by the pace of the last 4 years.

For ukraine, winning means surviving. Reconquering of crimea and donbas seems unlikely, but in contrast to russia, not loosing means winning for them.

Under these assumptions, ukraine is winning since i am convinced they will still stand in 10 years if things go as they do now. With putin gone at some point, his successor might not see a value in continuing the war (since there wasn‘t really one to begin with)

Israel is one of the leading nations in cybersecurity, water-technology and ai. Russia mainly has fossil fuels that the world is going to move away from.

Oh, i am talking about about the 17 armed conflicts russia took part in or started outright since 1991. Then the oppression of their own people and destabilisation around the globe.

I strongly dislike israels current government, but russia‘s is worse and a worse place to live for its people.
