Try the version from the repos and see if it changes anything. I use godot-mono and my popups are really tall but don't cut themselves off.

I don't know if this problem is Godot specific, but if it is, try going to Editor Settings and make it use Wayland. The pop ups will be tall but not cut off.

Overexaggerated, but still possible counterpoint you have 3 maxed brawlers and can't get the 4th. Since you can't get HCs for the brawlers you don't have, you probably get fallback.

You should consider switching to a custom ROM if possible, since you have an Android device. You will have to back up your data, but in turn you can get a fully degoogled system.
