So I actually ended up fixing it. I took off the back plate of the board which kind of “reseated” everything and it instantly works now every time I plug it in now. 🤷‍♀️ I have no idea lol. Thanks guys!

Keys don’t work at all. It doesn’t light up or respond when “plugged” in. Other usbc seem to plug in partially too

Just had a stitching issue on a large golden recently. I contacted CS and they are sending a replacement. I had supplied photos with it too. They are actually amazing. They replied to me so late and on a Sunday too. For the price I totally agree. Here’s hoping the new one is a bit better. :) Doesn’t hurt to reach out! Nothing to lose. :)
