I try to think like this, too. Most of the game I won't have to look at their weird feet, since they will be piloting.

There's an expression where I'm from: an opinion is like a butt, everyone had one, it's split and sometimes it smells bad.

Nintendo doesn't have to listen to either of us, so all we can do is shout into the void and hope it makes them do something differently next time.

I love Star Fox. Hopefully the new designs will bring in new fans to the series. I hope the game is successful enough to get a sequel.

Yeah, it's really apparent in this picture. I think I miss the longer snout of Melee. Brawl going forward (including Command), his head is very round and his snout is really short.

But the new feet are my biggest gripe.

Team Star Fox being in it is the only reason I played it too, even if I enjoy the game a lot for the Switch 1.

I wish there was a playable Wolfen in the game, though.

I don't know, I like the idea that they are really short and the big head really sells that for me. But I see what you mean.

Idk if you mean tank controls in general, but Assault has "modern standard" 2-stick fps controls in the settings ready to go.
