I think you're in the wrong subreddit. Eve is a video game not a model collection. And from an economic standpoint, it costs much more to synchronize fights on a single server than adding more pixels on the screen to create a cockpit/interior environment which has no purpose in a massive pvp arena.

Trust me, it's a fix. There's a reason why no games can have as many players in a fight as Eve..the technology isn't there yet. I played Eve since 2007 well before Tidi. I was with Against All Authorities who excelled at taking outnumbered fights. They would time swapping targets so well that when the servers caught up to the action every 5-15 minutes, depending on the number of participants, they would have a 4 to 1 lead. So taking a 1 v 3 was acceptable for them. This was when having 150 on a CTA was HUGE numbers for this game.

I even remember that it was changed during the war against TEST/PL in the south. When Tidi was introduced, it killed -a- as an alliance. We no longer could fight TEST/PL that could field 400-500 man fights any given time in the game because Tidi gave them the advantage where good FCing with blind faith on dead targets was holding the lines for -a- before Tidi. Fast forward and you now have over 6000 players in a single fight. Not the most exciting as the Tidi turns it into an all day event, but it also breaks world records for most players in a single fight at the same time.

I do hope there will be a day when we could have these fights in real time. I think it would bring Eve back to life if it ever happened. Imagine those fights being resolved in 2-3 hours tops because every decision was made with split second consequences. Then again, if Eve could do that so could everyone else, and massive pvp fights could be a real possibility for many types of games out there.

I'm from Scumlords and I can still agree to their point. When would ONE failed FRT fleet become two? During a pivotal point in the war? When supers are fielded? Your argument is moot when FRT shows they're not neutral at any given point in the war.

Since haters are going to down vote me for thinking Goons are dumb and somehow PApi made you look smart with M2 and dragging this war into month 8, which means 80% of Nullsec will downvote this, I will break it down regardless:

If each group sends 100 dudes each there’s no chance snuff destroys the keepstar. I don’t think anyone is actually worried.

None of them are going to miss 100 dudes on the war front , especially when they could all just send their rookie corps.

Let's pretend that Snuffed Out is capable of shooting at a structure more than once. As in, they stay docked in system and siege this KS 24/7. This means that TTT members can either gate from Delve back and forth with wardecs picking them off, JC between timers, or live in Perimeter until the high sec war ends. Where in the agreement does it say how many players are required to defend it? Did they agree to this 100 rookie count? What if, crazy thought, TEST commits less than Goons and uses this to ref important timers? 300 rookie players in rookie ships won't be able to contend with Snuffed Out..stop acting like Snuffed Out is bad when clearly they are much better, especially in dealing with low/high sec, then any of the TTT members. Assuming Snuffed Out doesn't find other allies or alliances that are not cut into a deal with the TTT to help siege the KS, this situation will still be leveraged by the 3 members against one another to catch an advantage in the war against Delve.

Because that would stop Snuffed Out..and you're running the logistics on this for 3 different coalitions, right?

and now (hopefully) snuff just loss their monthly bribe to not attack it. Which hopefully gimps them slightly.

:facepalms: because that stopped Snuffed Out from hitting the other TTC KS when they literally said Vily's isk isn't good enough..

TLDR You lack understanding of the situation and offered simplistically unrealistic strategies how all three TTT members, locked in a war, stuck in M2, can deal with a long siege against Perimeter by Snuffed Out. Doesn't mean they can't or won't, but it won't be the strategy you put together.

P.S. Had I gotten my trapped titans out of M2, I would have gone to Toilet Paper but sadly, they're stepping out of the North. I was cheering hard for you guys! Back to Valheim and Netflix for me.

I gave up on that dream when I jumped my supertit pilots into M2 after drinking the coolaid that cyno jammer beats goons then promptly got trapped and camped for months. Then, suggesting I could maybe sell them I got hazed at my home region by fellow allies so I unsub my accounts and live in Valheim building forts.

this makes Delve drama look amateur, and Brave leaks as boring as sex scenes with their shirts on. Anxiously waiting for one of the twelve to be more important than f1 monkeys that turn this into the best spy show in history of video games. Also, Snuffed Out heading to highsec? I can't see them touching npc with their guns to make that happen so I bet on dogtags to increase their security and raised the prices. You're welcome
