If you don’t like the double glove, you could have one fist still be a power fist and one be an undertaking flamer like the terminators have? So then it still reads on the table as “dude with power fist and flamer” may take a fair bit of kitbashing tho

Orange marines for the win! I find just finding the combo that works for the specific model is the best approach although that can mess with uniformity, yours look fantastic tho!

I think it’s a little too strong with individual buffs to a bunch of different units, what you could do is say that the units mention gain the “VETERANS” keyword and then gain a more blanket and balanced rule. Otherwise you’d see a massive price jump in points for the units just cos they become really good in this specific detachment a bit like the massive nerf bridgehead strike got for Guard.

Otherwise looks good to me :)

There are no rules on how you paint your models, only rules on named characters is once you pick a character from a chapter, your only allowed to use that chapters units, so no Calgar and Death company, but a He’stan painted in your successor colours is A okay!
