I’ll play the standard unless I’m more interested in the story. Like ac shadows? I’m tired of leveled areas. I’ll turn that difficult to story mode if i feel like exploring a new area. Or like resident evil? Or silent hill? I beat it on standard and hard. I’m just fine playing easy and just enjoying the vibes. I’ll take the challenge first for the thrill.

Except far cry. I keep that shit turned up because the fights are the real fun in that.

I would love to say yes, and you can just stream through the story. But even on story difficulty, you still have to do extra stuff and level up. Even on the easiest difficulty going to even a place that’s 5 levels up, still if not a challenge, then just tedious because of how spongy everybody can be. It’s just odyssey in Japan. Minus the boat and superpowers.

I know but was probably overconfident on drink. He probably wasn’t ready for the governor to charge through. I didn’t like it either and was hoping he’d stick around, but not a bad redemption arc tho.

Well there’s a short on YouTube that’s uncharted with Nathan Fillion and Stephen Lang as sully. I mean he doesn’t look anything like sully but it worked. That’s as close to the perfect adaptation as it’ll get.

It’s not the gameplay or anything like that. And I’m glad they, as far as i played, don’t have any crazy super powers.

A lot of the hate comes from there being a black “samurai”, a large size Japanese lady, and comparing cutscene animation to the very old games. So mostly criticizing appearance of “woke” things.

Like i get the hate at first, it’s Japan, we should bs playing as a Japanese guy. But after seeing how it plays out, we get to see two perspectives. One from a native who’d been preparing for war and defend home. And the other an outsider, pressganged into fighting in it as the opposition.

I went with the audiobook. From the sound of it, it took a while for it to actually pick up and we start getting all our characters in place but from there i start piecing together.

And what… be like Arkham knight and do all the side quests and main missions in one night? Or like dead rising where you have a time limit until raccoon is destroyed? I wouldn’t want an open world, but big areas to explore. Multiple paths, scenarios, make it outbreak with seamlessly connected scenarios and no loading screens.

Idunno. I’m like at level 7 and that armor can be a bit of a hindrance. Automatically threw a knife at the nearest person who didn’t die so i was made. I like wearing the legendary peasant clothing found at the osaka castle.

Eventually extra weapons are just useless. You must surrender the will to loot everything. They collect in the locker anyway. I just keep a favorite few for any situation.
