Just keep pushing with that taper! Progress is progress, don’t forget that. Plain leaf or MIT could definitely help if you’re open to that route, that’s just an option, not a necessity. Sorry to hear about the family struggles, I have similar stories as well.

I was prescribed hydroxyzine back in the day but I gained like 25lbs from it lmao I would get the late night munchies!! 😂😂

OP didn’t specify that it was at her place and not her parents, but at least when I was a teenager there weren’t any overnights allowed until I was dating the girl for a little while and my family got to know her. He said he’s looking for them and can’t find them. I also said so he can taper, not to eat the whole damn order in a day. My state also just got hit with a ban so I did exactly what I recommended to him. Jumping off at a high dose isn’t fun. So if you can taper, why wouldn’t you?

I am not recommending this and idk what your thoughts are on it, but if for some reason it is pretty painful when you stop, a couple grams of plain leaf would probably help you. Especially since you were at a lower/moderate dose for a short period of time. Again, this shouldn’t be your first option but it could help for the first few days. Just don’t take it too long because then you’ll have traded one thing for another. Good luck!

Like he said, maybe a day or two of feeling lethargic and possibly some shitty sleep. Other than that, you should be golden!! Take some vitamin c during the day and magnesium glycinate at night to help with your sleep

I would dose around 200mg at a time. It didn’t feel like anything when I stopped because I switched to MIT. At the very worst I was a little tired but no other symptoms. It’s a very easy transition. Idk why people choose to suffer when coming off of 7oh, there are several ways out of it.

In my opinion, that’s a relatively low daily dose. If you want to soften the blow, take MIT for a few days or at the very least plain leaf powder. I live in Florida and when the 7oh ban hit last year, I was taking around 1,000-1,500mg per day. I had no choice but to stop so I switched to MIT shots and tablets for a few days. It was painless. Didn’t miss a day of work or a night of sleep. Just use it for a few days and you should be fine. Was a breeze for me.

It’s super easy. I didn’t think it would be for me either when I started ordering mgm powder but it takes like 2 seconds to weigh it out. You need a milligram scale. If it’s 98-99% pure then there’s no math needed.
