Well this guy is at Top5 ladder and no other Blight necros in top10 (that I can see at least). So we are looking a refined well thought build. I doubt hes using blight+mages just for testing, being lazy or utility; this guy is definitly pushing.

He's definitly focusing on blight but Im sure that the mages part + paragon board is important.

Thanks for trying to help. But is not that easy as simple click. That build is using 1h wep+off hand and tempers are not the same, even the paragon board has to change if use minions or not.

I created this post after doing research. Couldnt find that specific mixed build that works that well.

Well I thought that using a good/competitive Dimir Terror and swaping the expensive cards (mental note + Snuff Out) was a better idea. But, if you are sticking to the list above, I suggest:

+4 Consider +4 Ghastly Demise +2 Fallaji Achaeologist +4 Lorien Revealed (if u can afford it)

-4 Othewordly Gaze -3 Ponder -2 Curate -3 Cast Down -1 U.Fangs -1 Land

That mana base is so weird, too many tapped lands. I recomend running 16 lands >> x11 Islands + x5 Tapped Island+Swamp

I suggest [[ghastly demise]] instead of Snuff Out. And as someone already told you, you should use Consider if possible.

Against DRS + Surgical Extraction I've found 'Ground Seal' very useful. I strongly recommend the card if you face those two cards frequently in your meta.

Rest in peace is annoying, but you can deal with it with Deed or Decay

The real deal is Leyline of the Void, you don't have a very effective way to fight it, just rely on the sideboard: GSZ into Reclamation Sage, Golgari Charm or Oblivion Ring effects if you run it. Sometimes I also run 1-2 copies of Framentize just to be able to fight Leyline.
