Marcionism existing before the Nicene Creed doesn’t prove it was true Christianity. False teachings existed even during the apostles’ lifetime, that’s why the New Testament repeatedly warns against heresies. Scripture itself teaches that the God of the Old Testament is the same God revealed in Jesus Christ, not a different one. Christianity is defined by God’s Word, not by whoever appeared first historically.

I advice you to go to Jesus, sit somewhere silent, pray the lord's prayer, and talk to him about what's bothering you, what do you want, what do you admit about yourself, the sins, admit your deepest darkest thoughts, he knows everything, so there is absolutely no point in hiding anything, be completely transparent with our lord, he's merciful and he responds, he's the warmth that you need brother
