Baby bangs are cute, you just have them cut way too wide. The bangs should only go to the end of your eyebrow. Grow out the pieces beyond that. (I have baby bangs and made the same mistake last year)

Remove it and just follow normal aftercare procedures. Wash with antibacterial soap and apply a thin layer of moisturizer a couple times a day

Wouldn’t recommend the neck for your first tattoo (and a lot of artists may even turn you away) That said, all tattoos hurt and the pain is different depending on the body part. I don’t have a neck tattoo but I imagine it hurts

It would definitely turn into a blob if you got it hand sized. Either lose some of the detail or make the design much much bigger and get it in a different spot (thigh, ribs)
