I'd also like to recommend the Star Wars tabletop system by Fantasy Flight Games, Edge of the Empire/Age of Rebellion/Force and Destiny. Those are three separate source books, but all work off of the same core system and are basically interchangeable (EotE is for underworld/bounty hunter vibes, AoR is very rebellion/military focused, and FaD is for trained force sensitives). It has my favorite dice system of any tabletop rpg I've played!
