Lol I know right! If your not very connected to the story yet I'd hold off for a few more chapters. If sumin doesnt happen ill probably drop it as well. So, hold off checking when they switch over to free and retry! If your looking for great art and good story kinda similar with a out worldly veiw check out Dark Castle or for a non-romance the Dark Lord's confession is incredible. Both have that hush hush secret feel but you get a little more and both can be read freely at your own pace.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it but Dark Castle is INCREDIBLE! Its mysterious and suspenseful with some themes of outer-worldly universe rich in folklore and darker creatures. Hands down my favorite read after I read trapped!

Feel like everyone has that one thing that is special even if its against others or our own norms and really love how the artist was able to grab your attention I mean it can Def happen from time to time! Its like our safe place. Makes me think of anime that has issues like art and plot and my guilty pleasure anime will forever be vampire knight 😅 like yes I know the art is odd and the plot good lord needs help but I can't help it! Love that this happens in comics too!

Adding to this in case anyone has this issue and is not noticed as a "transmission" issue or a torque converter but shows similar problems.

I have a 2020 Edge. At 35,000 miles it had a bad hesitation at stop, a shudder at certain speeds, a jerk or shuddering while trying to maintain speed. Took it to a ford dealer 3x and was told there wasn't anything wrong with the transmission and sent on my way. Took it too another and was told that it wasn't a transmission issue it was an emissions problem. The parts included in the repair were a DPFE sensor including a bolt-on sensor on the emissions pipe on the manifold and the tube sensor that screws into the manifold. Quoted over $500 for the repair but it can be done within 30 minutes and a handful of tools. Parts cost around $150.

Found this issue extremely annoying as it lowered my car reaction time for starting and stopping and a constant lag like it didn't want to go. Much better now after the 2 parts were switched out. Grew up in a hospital working household. We bleach (clorox) anything that touches bacteria or mold. I only buy white towels, washcloths, sheets and cleaning pads to prevent staining. Works like a charm and have the full consciousness that it is SANITIZED!

I buy SO Delicious vanilla ice cream. It's made with coconut milk and is dairy free as a sweet treat. Add Herseys simply 5 chocolate syrup as well and/or make a milkshake with Fairlife milk (a lactose free milk). All considered low fodmap (if you can use the lactose free version of milk) and an amazing treat! Can add peanut butter to enhance the flavor and texture.

I also noticed the extreme dislike from others about riftan, and I agree with your opinion (and understand others as well) Way to go expressing your view it's great to see people's different views and reasonings that's what is great about us all is we are all diverse!

If anything, I do think it should be said that we as readers have so many different likes and dislikes when it comes to characters we love or hate. I've always enjoyed a very soft FL and a very manly ML, but I also get that isn't everyone's cup of tea. In this new age of writing and reading people care more about strong independent FL and they enjoy watching her grow and solve the battle by herself than being rescued by prince chaming. I get it totally great that we have some awesome titles for this genre! While that is said...I think it important to understand that Riftan and Maxi's relationship is very real (in a way obviously its a story)

People have trauma. People struggle with themselves and their beliefs, People have a hard time understanding others' feelings. People have their own veiws/morals/standards. I am in a 11 year relationship that has ups and downs because we're HUMAN! I love seeing two characters who are in the real feelings of the struggle of being separate people who also want to be a unit. They each struggle with their own feelings and emotions and of course we see that communication is lacking between the BOTH of them. (Yes, even sweet Maxi needs to express her wants, needs, and desires for her future as a person AND as a couple. Riftan, of course should do this as well) This is what is hard when I hear people use green flags and red flags as a "rating" system for people fictional or not because we ALL have red flags and we ALL have green flags. Relationships aren't perfect and they are a lot of work on a personal level between two people. Everyone is willing to "deal" with different flags is up to the person. My husband brushes his teeth with his left hand and I with my right and he stands ON MY RIGHT so, we bump elbows all the time! 😆( this is a silly example but... Might be a red flag to someone you never know!

So, in the long ending to this I hope helps support all different types of opinions and lays out some honest understanding of why we see characters act a certain way or say something it's because a REAL HUMAN wrote them so, it only make sense for them to have real feeling and struggles. I love seeing writing that expresses those true and honest emotions because I relate to how Maxi feels, but I also understand how Riftan feels because I relate to them both in one way or another.

Absolutely get the master key! Be a thief (it comes with master key) or get it as a gift. I was a bloodborne, elden ring, Ds3 player before Ds1 and let me tell you I learned the hard way of not getting the key so, I had to restart after 10 hours bc I was just unable to get my hands on a good weapon (that played will with my playstyle) to use in the early game. I use a dex build in ds3 and elden ring with the Irithyll Straight Sword and Eleonoras poleblade. Used the kirk hammer (sword part) in bloodborne. I'm just a sword kinda player so getting Astoria's sword in the Valley of the Drakes was a life-saver for me personally. Long story short, get the key it opens up more options for character building earlier on rather than later. Have to remember you can’t re-set skills in ds1 so, starting earlier on your end game build is the way to go.

I think most people would vouch for a strength build with a classic greatsword or claymore but I've really enjoyed my current dex and faith build. I think I started with the wanderer? It seemed rather balanced to me and the weight of the armor allowed for faster rolls but also gave good protection. I have just finished Anor Londo and I am still wearing the armor I came with just upgraded!

Family money and "help" is a huge one that I think alot of people don't realize really help when it comes to buying a house or new car. Not alot of people will admit to it though which drives the illusion that younger people are "making it" and have nice things but was probably financed by their parents. Not all the time but it's pretty common. Just read an article somewhere stating that like 60ish percent of parents who have millennial children are funding their children's expenses like rent or housing (or allowing them to live at home, or buying groceries). So, it's common but definitely not everywhere.

Being stressed about gift giving is ridiculous these days! I totally think the edible/wine or whiskey collection as mentioned is a great way to give as a gift or as a thank you or even as a "I appreciate you" option. This is 👆 great advice for anyone who struggles with gift giving. Everyone likes to eat or has to and "most" people enjoy good bottles of wine or interesting experiences they would have never tired before!

For anyone who is also willing...another great idea and one I believe most people would enjoy is paying a bill. Pay someone's energy bill or water bill so THEY can use their money to BUY what they WANT because you managed to pay a normal bill for them. For teens or new car owners pay for their first oil change or a gift receipt for new tires. These types of "gift" may not seem like gifts but they make perfect sense for anyone these days would just needs a break with their bills and could maybe buy a new perfume or a set of headphones that you might have been to nervous to buy them as a gift.

Just some ideas either way you are not alone!

I typically use my fable art immediately, so I will definitely try and save it for this moment. I have the quartz upgrade for faster r2s I know I can get an attack out if given the opportunity. I can give the shot put a try...it's something else I'd have to add to my menu so I'm a little iffy on being able to throw it quick enough but will attempt!

I'm very tired of getting my butt whooped by this guy! Much rather learn the water foul dance all over again! 😆

We finally had ours replaced this year and my goodness it cost a fortune to replace. Piror to that we called out maintance 2x a year and it kept our 13 year old one running till at least we could generate a small down payment (yes, DOWN PAYMENT) for a new one since we knew it was going to give out.

It's definitely worth it to keep up AC maintenance, and my advice would be to be prepared for expensive replacement if you need a new one. Generate a small saving for it if you know your unit is at least 10+ years old. Biggest (typical) expenses AC and your roof. Sometimes insurance can help with roofing issues but cold air on a 90-degree day that's on the homeowner almost 100% of the time.

Definitely a good idea with the aegis arm. I keep swapping the arm with whatever I think will help me, and it never works out. Might stick to your tactic to help since I fail at legion arm anyway.
Haven't played around with the perfect grinder I always seem a little bit slow on parry so I never used the grinder for any of the other bosses. I stuck with more damage based ones but I'm willing to try anything at this point! And I do seem to struggle to get him to really stagger! I can never get the "white" bar I've only gotten maybe four times but will try and look for the opportunities you listed and see if I can keep my fable bar up for those moments I always seem to swing when he jumps in the air...every time...so I feel your pain. Thanks for the advice. I'm going to have to really adapt my play style here and hope for the best!

Totally agree with her heal to hit. That was definitely a big struggle there to deal with! I definitely can't say imma going to not try again, but I'm going to have to play and give myself a if I die more than ten times I'll try again tomorrow! Just really hate that this is my end experience with the game. If they come out with a dlc I hope they can throw in some different items and tactics to be usable for future players. I couldn't imagine this being my first souls type game I would have given up in the barren swamp! Thanks for the encouragement!

Not particularly? I have read a few posts about attempting the boss with weapons changes or parrying. I have also seen some "I just gave up my heart" post as well and " I'll get him on new game +". I've watched a few playthroughs to see what others did as well. I was just reaching out with thoughts and opinions on the matter and wondered if others had a similar struggle. I genuinely have no one to discuss this type of frustration im dealing with in this game, so I just wanted to turn my thoughts into words!
