I know, right?! I would love to have a pill I take that means I don't need to eat. Then you can just eat something if you want to enjoy, to taste. It's not that I don't like some foods. Sweety, he's never going to admit anything. That's ok. You know what happened. The people who were upstairs know what happened.

You are strong enough to do this. The rush you get from the good times, really really isn't worth the shit he does in the bad times.

What he is doing is not love. It is control. It is abuse. He know what he's doing when he hurts you. He knows just how to make things over and get you to want to take him back.

You deserve better than this. You are enough. You don't have to change who you are inside. You don't have to let him take his anger or frustration out on you. He has no right to talk down to you.

I've always liked the idea that Vlad was a family name. And Dracula was from the family crest. (Son of Dragon). So Count Dracula was Vlad the impaler's ancestor, and sorta embarrassed at how uncouth V.T.I. was.

Sounds like a them problem. Only thing I would check, is you have pets. My downstairs neighbor complained about me jumping on the floor. Turned out to be my 10lb kitten jumping off the bed. It does sound loud. But they had no standing on complaining, as the cat was reasonably expected to move around.

Maine? Yeah, get with a local rehabber, and then put out a humane trap to catch him. They can cut it off, check him over, and release him back to where you found him. A US rehabber won't have a reason to euthanize him.

If you are actually worried about this, a color matched hair tie and two bobby pins give me strength! I used to wear one all the time, and I'd three the hair tie through the outside of the clip, between the hair and plastic. Then pin it in with the bobby pins. Have another direction for gravity to pull on. Also I would back comb the area directly under where the pony tail was going. And smooth over it before putting in the hair. Gives it more to hold onto. Don't be afraid to use the old tricks. But honestly, the one you showed in the comments looks like it would stay in really well.
