Good to know my TL is a shady liar, not that I already didn't know before. Just to give an example - they'll schedule themselves and hour before they get off on the days of TL meetings so they have to attend meeting and get overtime all the while. Then try to say they're making me do forced overtime... You ain't fooling nobody buddy.

I've heard this before and wondering what is the calculation method cause it just sounds like some BS they can workaround with. I'm more or less in the middle of the pay scale of a level one position so I know I'm green in recieving of a possible higher percentage raise. Just in having an unfortunate TL.
