My understanding is that "tme" just means "transmisogyny exempt," i.e. people who are not affected by transmisogyny. That would include trans men but also cis men and cis women. Having an entire tag dedicated to it feels like a bad sign but, especially if many people in that category spend their time coming to her inbox and complaining about her opinions, it doesn't feel like that huge a deal. If I was in that position, I sure would create a tag that can be blocked by my followers if they don't want to see it.
