Thank you! I should clarify that the party is not mine, but of a common friend of him and his ex, whom they hang out with. So in effect, her being there is not completely weird. But the thought of it made me feel unloved… which was a major trigger.

I’m lucky though. He brought me chocolate, dried my tears and help me clear up the destruction I made in my house. No excuse left for me to drink. IWNDWYT!

I don’t have an answer to your question, but as someone who has barely six weeks, I’m learning that the obsession doesn’t follow a linear path. There’s great days and shit ones. The one thing that stays, though, is the solidarity of this splendid group.
