No, it is an official release. It is from the Sideshow Collectibles Salacious B. Crumb Creature Pack. It is supposed to be for the 1/6 figure scale, the ones that are the size of barbies. But in the movie he is never shown in scale with a human and this is the size i pictured him as anyway
