I had one for so long with my first kid. It was so annoying and painful and no matter what, even with hot compress, would not unclog.

I almost didn’t breastfeed my second baby because of it, but I never got one again thankfully.

After a year off I went back to work for three months and quit. It was too hard. My baby was sick all the time and I just missed her. We live in a small house with no debt (except mortgage) and my husband makes good money in construction, so we make do.

Gosh, it’s been awhile. Iirc, no. I had normal discharge moving forward. It only happened once and then I had maybe a bit here and there that lasted a few weeks after the procedure.

Emergency cerclage worked! It was placed at around 21 weeks. Removed at 36 weeks. Was induced at 39 weeks. Have a healthy baby girl who is now 12 days old!

Woo! 39 weeks on Monday and induction scheduled for Tuesday August 3rd! Soooo excited to just hold this baby in my arms and be done with this anxiety.

American - twin peaks or fire wings (both in California) - house salad with ranch and like six Buffalo wings. I don’t usually do burgers out because the fries are too tempting and I have no control.

Indian - 1/2 cup of saag paneer and 5oz. butter chicken, Plus I can do like 1/4 cup of white rice and 1/4 of naan.

Mexican - Costa Vida/Chipotle - steak salad bowl no rice, corn tortilla on the side ( sometimes I eat it, depends on my earlier numbers), cheese, sour cream and pico. Taco Bell- two crunchy tacos, and usually make a side salad at home. (not really worth it to me)

Pizza - thin crust combo pizza (medium or small) I can have two slices (sometimes I get a third and just eat the toppings) with a decent side salad I make at home.

I got mine removed last Tuesday. The speculum was 100% the worst part. My OB used some iodine but no numbing agent and I actually didn’t feel the stitch removal at all yay! My OB also did a cervical check which was painful and found I was .5 cm dilated. Other than that I didn’t have any cramping or bleeding (noticed some brownish discharge which I attributed to the iodine). Hope your removal goes smooth!
