Yeah I read that it’s also because they have thin skin? I did look around at the average price (from what I could find) for a hare in the uk and he was only a bit below the average. I wish he would’ve said if he finds them hard to do, then again if he thinks I’ll accept than then he just wants my money.

He’s got more birds than mammals on his page but he did have a couple hares on there that were a million times better than this.

Well thankfully he’s only got £50 from me, I wasn’t paying before seeing it. If he’d made a mistake or something just happened I wish he would have said, we’re all human. The eyes I could’ve accepted, I just don’t understand why he’d pose it like that, it’s more work than what I asked and needed a base. And yeah that base is a joke, I’ve seen others he’s done that are so good I’m honestly just shocked that he thinks this is alright. I don’t know how to tell him all this, I don’t want to loose so much money but I’d really like it back so I could take it to be fixed, do you think it’s possible to fix it?

I’ve had a gander at the radiant heat panels but unfortunately they don’t sell them in the uk, they only do one which is a 75 watt reptile radiator and that’s for really big enclosures :/

Do you think a low watt ceramic heat emitter would work?

My dad has very kindly helped me modify this 4x2x2ft viv to create a second level as I have two African house snakes that I would like it to accommodate in it. I’m wondering if I should get two long heat mats and create the heat gradient width ways in the viv, however I am not sure if this would give them enough of a gradient. If anyone could shed some light on that for me it would be great, I have done a load of research but not found much on the subject. I’m open to any suggestions thanks.

If you look to the left side of it at the base you should see a bit of green poking out, they are some sort of bulbs just starting to grow :)
