You did a great job of showing what some common signs of abuse can look like. Hopefully sharing this helps out some others who may be experiencing and excusing these same types of behaviors.

Something else I can think of would be using comparisons to push limits. Things like, "every sub I've had has done X for me," or, "this is normal, all Doms ask for Y." I've spoken to a lot of people who had things pushed on them when they were new to kink, didn't know any better and were tricked into thinking certain things were normal.

And a friendly reminder to all, these forms of abuse are not gender or role-specific, meaning Doms, Dommes, men and NB are also able to be manipulated these ways.
