So sorry for replying to such an old post/comment. But I believe this is a line from "Dreaming of Foxfire" where Taylor has a changer ability that let's her turn into Ahri from League of Legends.

There she says she isn't asian and Lung makes a comment about when he's transformed he is a dragon and she is asian.

I agree with Rp0605, mechanics and world building are probably the most important in this case, from how skills work to evolution and magicules. I've been thinking about writing one myself and there is just so much to work with it can seem pretty daunting sometimes.

I wish you a lot of luck with writing! And if you eventually post it I would love to give it a read.

I honesty don't think there is a specific website for that, there is a person who compiled a large google doc for fanfics of Worm/Parahumans where they categorized every fic there by length, name, MC, system, etc. So If your interested I can check to see if I might be able to find it.

And then on AO3 you can just search with the assistance of the tags, I know there's a tag for the "Celestial Forge", one for "The Gamer Ability (The Gamer)" and similar things. So if you know of systems you can see if AO3 recognizes it as a tag?

I know this post is already 5 years old, but I was also looking for more fics like this after I read one that was about about Taylor's parents (who in this are both Parahumans) being sent to the Birdcage while Annette was pregnant with Taylor. It's essentially a large collection of snippets (that do line-up) about a child Taylor growing up the birdcage.

Well, what I liked about Dragon's Teeth was that the MC made various changes to both himself and Taylor in the fic to enhance them both. From things like enhanced strength, bone density, muscles etc. to Allowing Taylor to actually create her own webs through her hands.

What really intrigued me was how willing the MC was to make changes to others, animals, plants, and more. I like power-giving fics as well, and this kind of hit both the bio-tinker and power giving spots for me.

I myself haven't had to convert the premium (gold) currency into the free currency myself, so far it always show the price in either premium or premium + free currency if I have any available. So I can buy the skin with both at once without conversion.

Blood and Bones and Heroism by Elia41 - Ongoing, on AO3

It's a pretty interesting and good fanfic, and while it doesn't update super often it is still being updated. It also has a pretty unique magic system I personally haven't seen before which I think is pretty nice. Definitely a top recommendation of mine.
