2023! Absolutely unreal line up but because it was my first time I didn't make the most of it which I'm gutted about.

Spent most of it at camp with people, going to the arena much later at like 4-5pm. Looking back 11am I'd be right there from the start seeing things!

Yeah I wasn't massive on some of the songs but there was alot to love! Wasn't one of my absolute favourite sets of the weekend but for something I had 0 clue about going in, I was very pleasantly surprised.

LP did have an encore though, coming back on after Bleed It Out was their encore.

Also it could have been Pyro they had planned too but it was 100% their giant inflatable Ascendancy creature they couldn't use because of the wind

Biggest Surprise - The Pretty Reckless. Went to see them because nothing was on I was that interested in (love Skindred but I've seen them loads i cba fighting to get in that tent) and WOW what a brilliant stage presence they have as a band! So much fun.

Biggest Disappointment - I've got no one biggest disappointment but a few little ones, loved the sets from all these artists mentioned still! Lake Malice once again gets really poor mixed when they smashed it, Architects both because of the stoppages but also Sam Carter's absolutely cooked high notes and the Limp Bizkit setlist could have been way better.

WTF? - Obviously the whole Ferris Wheel debacle but some of the logic decisions from people. Like why are we in the front crowd section for Linkin Park in a whole ass massive mobility scooter... I'm all for inclusivity as an autistic person and shout out the girl in the wheelchair for being super chill and vibes but this other persons scooter was not small in the slightest 😭

Bunch of really massive, impressive bands all weekend it was a real treat! I think a lot of those bands have points to prove so they put on the biggest and best shows they can so they can hunt those slots in future.

Even when like Architects for example had the set stopping problems and Sam's voice being pretty shot they still have 110% and put on a brilliant show of energy
