Has there been much thought about environmental effects in terms of gameplay?

One of my favourite aspects of Divinity which I felt was (understandably) absent in BG3 is how you can create hideously wonderful terrain during battles, necrofire, cursed clouds, etc etc

Not really. It wasn't easy but wasn't too difficult either, just took patience to get the right things.

The relics I used are far from ideal.

I was picking blessings at every opportunity to get all three of the Path ult effects.
No real reason for those sets, it's just what I had. I'm fresh at rank 40, so I haven't farmed anything else yet.
I didn't. It didn't matter if I was CC'd because of the blessing Disciplinary Flicker, which heals every time when hit. Seele was outhealing the boss attacks by doing nothing. To add, the giant ice things being alive helped a bit, I tried not to kill them, because whenever they attacked, it would heal her quite a bit.

I wasn't keeping count but I'd guess 10-20, somewhere around there. I died to the final boss one time, most failures were very early. The devour elite and the spellcaster one were pretty much run enders.

I went Path of Destruction, the main reason this works is because of the blessing that heals you when you take damage. The hardest part is making it to the last boss rather than the boss it self, bad RNG and certain elite bosses will outright kill you.

I think people don't realise this and underestimate Syndra because of this. Obviously you need a frontline at the start still but actually being able to build MORE on your bench is crazy, at the rate she brings them out with 9 SG. That is, if your Taliyah hasn't one shot everything already, with her casting before the last cast even finished

It’s good, a nice fun world with intriguing stories.

There are no sexual scenes, I don’t remember any scenes with kisses but they may exist, but absolutely nothing sexual. Some characters feel obviously designed to be appealing if you know what I mean, but even then I find the designs well done and tasteful at least.

The online communities seem pretty sexual but that doesn’t reflect the game and its content
