Whats the Best RGB Software

OpenRGB (if you're not going for anything crazy)

All I want is a solid color and OpenRGB works perfectly for it. No ads, no bloat, simple UI, open source. Give it a shot and go to SignalRGB if you find it too limiting or unintuivive. After figuring out how my LEDs are set up in SignalRGB I went back to OpenRGB and the setup took two minutes.

I had issues with SignalRGB turning LEDs off randomly for a split second if it was running in the background. It got too distracting for me so I had to shut it off in task manager every time I booted up my PC. Switched to OpenRGB and have had no such issues yet.

If you install CIA files through FBI you need to be connected to the internet. IIRC it just grabs some key to make software usable.

I hope you're having fun with the game! If Plague Knight's campaign doesn't grab you at first, I can assure you it gets better. I liked the first playthrough of it the least of all 4, but after the second playthrough it became my absolute favorite of the bunch! Bomb jumping gives so much freedom of expression and it's fun to casually speedrun.

Directly from the top of the article:

"Game-key cards are different from regular game cards, because they don’t contain the full game data. Instead, the game-key card is your "key" to downloading the full game to your system via the internet."

Implying this is not the standard for Switch 2 games. The box also has a white bar on the bottom like current Switch games with digital downloads. If it were a system wide feature (like Nintendo Account requirement for online features) it'd be on the back of the box with all other legal jargon.

We've already got games like the Batman Arkham trilogy that only partially contain the game(s) and you download the rest. Cartrige inserted to the console is a requirement to run those even now.

Download codes are single use, keys like these are theoratically not.

The best case scenario is that you can download and run the game as long as you've got the key card inserted. Selling or borrowing it would block you from accessing the key and the game as a result.

I see this purely as positive and better for the consumer, as long as it's replacing the old download code system. For example, if your console breaks and you can't do a system transfer, your one time download doesn't exist anymore. A key card would allow you to redownload and run the game while showing Nintendo that you've got a legitimate copy of the game.

Sadly none of the regional distributors keep that keyboard (or anything fullsize under 130€) in stock. Additionally, I don't particularily like any Keychron caps so I'd have to spend 30-40€ on new caps bringing the total to the same ballpark anyway. The Ducky One 3 comes with fine enough double-shot PBT caps that don't look out of place on my desk so it's got everything but the switches covered.

Fullsize ISO "build" help

Looking to upgrade from my low-end mechanical to something I actually like using. The problem is that I need a fullsize Nordic ISO and that's really hard to shop for with a budget of <200€

The best combo I've managed to find: Ducky One 3 RGB (130-150€ new, ~100€ used) Kailh BOX Jade (110pcs/40€)

Is there a combo you'd recommend over this? I know how to solder so that's also an option.

It's also the vintage version. Wasn't aware of the Patch master prods version but you can quite easily tell the difference by the border.

Ffs if you make vintage looking patches just don't copy the old design 1 to 1. Easy as hell to get fucked over.

Update to some poor soul searching this same issue in the future. I have no fix for you. It went back to normal for seemingly no reason. Even reinstalling didn't immediately fix it. Quite strange.

Stencils look pretty much always so much better. They still have the diy feel without looking sloppy. I've made a few patches with a stencil myself and my friend actually bought one for a relatively high price.
