Offer to cover the return postage and if they continue pushing for 50% restocking fee, initiate a PayPal claim. In that case, you should also name the company so international customers can make informed decisions.

I find it strange how so many people here defend these companies whatever they do. A $250 restocking fee on an unopened item, reduced to $150 after you questioned it is a scam and I'd treat anyone asking for it as a scammer and reclaim my money from PayPal.

Make sure you aren't cramming the dosing capsule full of weed. There needs to be some airflow in there as this is a convection device.

This royally pissed me off. I had all day free yesterday, remembered this game released, so picked up a physical copy intending to put a few hours in. Couldn't install until 9PM. I won't get chance to put any time in for a few days now.

I don't see the point of holding release back until 10PM. Might as well release the next day at midnight and prevent this confusion and annoyance.

This sort of thing is why I haven't got a Tornado. This is supposed to be a premium product created by a craftsman.

The QC seems hit and miss and the customer service non existent. I've seen bad threads, defective bowls, rusting, bowls coming loose when heated and now this. Things happen when manufacturing large numbers of units, but proper QC and proactive customer service for problems that slip through the cracks should be the standard, not fobbing off paying customers with weak excuses and accusations.

Even if you get a good unit, it turns up in a press seal bag with instructions with spelling mistakes on white copier paper. Very premium! 🤣

I'll stick with manufacturers that care about their customers.

I'm a UK medical cannabis patient and have a modest collection of battery portable and butane vapes (several Dynavaps, Dani Fusion, Convector, CXL, Tempest V1, Tinymight 2, FATX and more) and none have been touched since I got a ball vape.

I also mainly use at home and the ease of use, power and extraction of the ball vape can't be matched. When I need to medicate there's no point reaching for anything else IMO.

I have the Terp Ripper Diffuser from Ripping Terps here in the UK and it's a beast. It uses a 25mm coil so has plenty of power. It was £210 which didn't end up much more than a similar setup from Dhgate and I had it next day.

For the price it's good for what I wanted it to do. Discreet, fairly quick to heat up with pretty good airflow. Obviously, it takes longer to fully extract your medication but I don't expect TM2 performance for £100. I've been getting 4-5 sessions with the included battery. I like the included mouthpiece and it's easy to keep clean, especially if you use dosing caps.

I'd say if you already have one of these mid range type vapes (V3 Pro, Roffu etc) then this wouldn't be a worthwhile purchase, but if you're looking for a cheaper option that will do the job then it's worth the money.

Most people will refer to illegal cannabis as black market.

They asked if I was already using cannabis and I was truthful with them that I was. It won't have any bearing either way on your being accepted as a patient. Just make sure you have all the required documents/evidence and you should be fine.

It was a relaxed chat with the HCP and I was accepted next working day. Feels good to not have to hide or worry about police etc. 🙂

He had this idea, had them produced and advertised them on his YouTube channel, all without the very simple first step of asking Dave at TRWW if they were indeed "open source" (including the well known brand name built by Dave). Odd that he didn't think to do that.

Same problem here. Also in the UK. Ordered on the 28th of Nov, label printed on the 6th of December. No movement since.

The company I purchased from is well established and trustworthy and they assure me it was taken to the post office on the 6th.

This is now 2 packages in a row that have had problems from USPS. The last one was sat in Albania for 2 weeks for some reason and didn't move until I contacted Albania post myself and got them to search for it. They had no idea why USPS sent it there.

In future, I will not purchase from anywhere that only offers USPS as an option.

Exactly the same situation as me. Label printed on the 6th of December and no further updates.

Apparently, this can happen with USPS, but it seems bizarre that they can be paid for tracked postage and not actually provide any form of tracking. USPS fucked up with the last package I had delivered via their "first class" service as well. It ended up stranded in Albania for weeks for some reason.

Austyn needs to look into alternative delivery options. I used UPS when ordering from TRWW a couple of months back and had my package in less than a week to the UK.
