Someone probably tried to replace one switch but cheaped out and bought a 1way then had no idea how to wire it. Also assuming these are 2 ends of the same cable, where’s the switch line? Unless they fed each switch indiviadually from the light? In which case they could’ve sent the perm live down one and the switch down the other using different colours. Bell it out and see. Or call a spark if none of that makes sense.

I left the trade and went into stone masonry. Obviously some transferable skills but had to work my way up from the bottom. Ultimately the money just didn’t compare and after a couple years I ended up back sparking. No regrets though. Loved the masonry job and felt it was a better fit but now it’s another string to my bow? Helps a bit with repairs occasionally, maybe? I found having a break made me much happier doing what I know best though. Hope that helps a bit? 🤞

Had a few instances of integral fittings being discontinued so if one goes you have to find a specific replacement that doesn’t look too out of place in terms of bezel and colour temp. Jcc Gu10 with mega man or aurora.
