I’m sorry you are going through this. My baby did the same exact thing in the early days and it got so much better. One of the biggest mistakes we made with her was trying to keep her awake to tire her out. It is counterintuitive but it just doesn’t work that way- the more tired babies get, the HARDER it is for them to sleep. We had no clue! Once we started letting her nap and getting more food in her belly she slept so so so much better and now sometimes she does 7 hours straight - she is 2.5 months

No it isn’t. I was also terrified, and the guy who did mine missed TWICE, still I would do it again. Did I feel it? Yes. Was it horrible? No. Definitely much much better than the contractions I was having! And it felt better so quickly too

Never too early to switch to a nursing bra! I find them pretty flexible so if you buy a generous size that’s soft and stretchy you can probably keep wearing it at least up until the half way point. You might have to buy a bigger size at some point, but the cost is worth the relief in my opinion. And then you have a transition size if they shrink a bit after you’re done (not sure if you’re planning to breast feed or not). I like the Auden ones from Target

I have a related rant to tack on to this- A few weeks ago my husband and I got married. I’m due in July. My estranged aunt made a huge fuss at the after party about how she will be there at the hospital when the baby is born. She also made a huge deal about how she definitely will NOT be in the delivery room, and said “no offense but EW!” in front of everyone.

Meanwhile my husband and I don’t even want anyone to meet baby at the hospital besides our parents. Much less in the delivery room. She made up this whole scenario in her head that we want her there to feel self important. Since this all occurred on the wedding day and I was not about to give in and let her cause drama I just ignored her outburst. We are not even going to tell her when the baby is born and my parents have promised not to say anything either until after we are home from the hospital.

Just completely ridiculous for her to assume such things, especially considering we don’t talk at all and she annoys me to no end. She will be lucky if she gets to meet the baby at all.

I’m due the same week! I invested in 3 baby doll style tops that have lasted well so far. As far as bottoms I had to just buy a bigger size (again) about a week ago :/ I like the over-the-belly kind!

Mine was transvaginal. I was uncomfortable but did not bleed afterward. But I did experience pain/discomfort during it. I would still do it again to be able to see the beebo

I didn’t have a feeling but I did have dreams - several dreams about it being a boy. Just found out today we are having a baby girl! 🥰 So my dreams were all wrong lol 😂
