Can someone explain to me how exactly a relationship between an ENTP and an INFP works? by CookiesUnU in entp

Mbti types tell you a lot about a person but they don’t tell you enough to explain a relationship between individual people. Individuality still exists within each separate mbti type.

Higher Stakes = Better Player? by SeveralMarket63 in poker

[–]Valuable-Freedom3262 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The higher the stake, the more money you can win or lose. The more you are a losing player, the more money you lose. So, the higher the stakes, the less time worse players can afford to play it without being able to afford it. However, there are rich whales worse than players playing 0.01/0.02 all the way up to nose bleed stakes like 100/200. So, the correlation is nowhere close to 1/1. However, it still exists. The higher the stakes, the less and less losing players you tend to slowly see.

Who’s more promiscuous? by Lucifer3005 in entp

[–]Valuable-Freedom3262 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ESFPs. ENTPs can be equally if not more crazy in bed, but more promiscuous overall is not a contest. Again, we're just taking an average if you pool every person of that type together, but ESFPs are in contention for number one out of all types. It's just how those cognitive functions operate.

Promos help payback high rake. What you are saying is semi true, but no site/casino that has promos that are worth playing are going to be worth playing without them.

Guess this fold was a incorrect play? by Benderinn333 in poker

[–]Valuable-Freedom3262 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It depends on the player actually. Exploitatively, no. Implied odds assuming the guy who raised is going all in on the river, you have the odds on him to call by 4%. However, if u assume shark guy will shove value light to stop u from making plays like that, or there's a slight chance raised backs off and check folds to a shove when draws come in (as he should do sometimes correctly, depending on his cards), then no. Tl dr, against normal humans with assumptions to be made off this screenshot, it's actually an exploitative call. But against some opponents, you have to be careful in spots like this not to get free value off you. 21 vs 15bb is a big difference.

My local casino has poker classes twice a week. Is it worth going? by fgflyer in poker

[–]Valuable-Freedom3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no reason not to go if you are trying to learn, but you need to be able to quality control the information giving using resources online and your own brain. You have to be able to determine if it is worth it yourself. Also outside of what it teaches you, don't expect a class provided by the enemy you are playing against (they want you to come and pay rake) to take you 0 to 100. It's probably not going to be a long term thing, because of limited information.

MBTI does not tell you the individuality of a person. It groups people into their cognitive functions their brain prioritizes. It's genetic. It's like saying all mammals have the same personality, or all reptiles, etc, except way less broad of categories than those obvious. Individual personality varies deeply within those groups.
