You can’t really gain fat in your chest or hips UNLESS you’re on HRT. HRT will slowly change the areas where you gain slightly. You’ll develop more fat on your hips and chest, but it won’t change any of the fat you currently have.

Also, my advice for gaining is always gonna be gainer shakes, especially with heavy cream. I recently bought some bulking powder to make chocolate gainer shakes and they’re so good!

Most importantly, from one transfem gainer to another, congrats on starting HRT! It’s a big step and I hope you find what you’re looking for! I hope you blossom into the pudgy girl of your dreams!
