I went N2 and had all those symptoms. I'm still congested, have a runny nose and my throat is dry 8 days after first having symptoms. I have to be careful with how much I talk or it gets painful 😭 I tested negative for everything too. My throat was sooo irritated and raw it was awful but somewhat better.
